Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All of our products are made to order with care. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time — the delivery estimates below begin once your order has been dispatched.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Hungary and all European Union countries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer during holiday periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Because all orders ship within the European Union, no customs fees or import duties apply. All applicable VAT is included in your order total at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at madzagdog@gmail.com — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each item is made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in production.
