// Guarantee

We guarantee 6 months of warranty on our products. In case of failure, please first contact us.

In case of improper use the guarantee does not apply, and in this case the customer will be charged with the repairing costs.

Broken products will be repaired (within the period of the guarantee validity), if the damage can be repaired. Otherwise the product will be replaced.

// Exchange

8 workingdays within the delivery the product can be exchanged to an other product, and the margin will be paid back or needed to be paid. If you would like to change the product to an other one, as a first step, please contact us.

// Right of withdrawal

Within 8 days after the delivery, the buyer has the right, given by the law, to cry off the purchase. In this case we will repay the purchase price for the buyer, the latest 14 days after the withdrawal and the returning of the product. The repayment does not apply to the shipping costs, and the returning fees must be paid by the buyer.

The buyer is not permitted to withdraw if a product was custom-made for their requirements. ( 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet 14 / 29§ / C )

Procession of the withrawal right

– If you would like to withdraw your purchase, you can do it via mail or e-mail, by alluding to the product and the order’s identification number. You can withdraw the purchase 8 days within the receipt.

(If you chose to withdraw by sending back the package via the postal servise,we will consider the posting date. Please, send the package as a registered mail, so that the posting date will be obvious.)

– Please, send the package to our seat’s address. The shipping costs of the returned products must be paid by the buyer. Please, do not sent the product as a collect package, because we can’t claim such packages, therefore the returning fee must be paid by the buyer, again.

– The latest 14 days after returning the package, we will pay back the price of the product to the given bank account.
